1. Acceptance of these Terms

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Unforgia, including the game, website, accounts, community features and related services. By creating an account, accessing the game or using any Unforgia service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility

You must be legally capable of entering into this agreement under the laws applicable to you. If you are a minor, you may use the service only with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian where required by law.

3. Accounts and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity performed through your account. You must provide accurate information where requested, must not share or sell accounts, and must notify us if you reasonably believe your account has been compromised.

4. Game Rules and Fair Play

You must use Unforgia fairly and lawfully. You may not:

• use bots, macros, automation, cheats, unauthorized clients, packet manipulation or other tools that provide an unfair advantage;
• exploit bugs, duplication methods, economy errors or unintended game mechanics instead of reporting them;
• interfere with servers, networking, security systems, other players or the normal operation of the service;
• harass, threaten, impersonate or deliberately abuse other users;
• publish illegal, infringing, hateful, fraudulent or malicious content through the service;
• attempt to access accounts, systems or data that you are not authorized to access.

We may investigate suspected abuse and may remove items, reverse transactions, restrict features, suspend or terminate accounts where reasonably necessary to protect the game, its economy or its users.

5. Virtual Characters, Items and Currency

Characters, levels, virtual items, gold, currencies, abilities and other in-game content are part of the service. Unless we expressly state otherwise, they have no guaranteed real-world monetary value and do not represent ownership of transferable property. We may balance, modify, remove or restore virtual content when reasonably required for gameplay, security, bug fixing or economy integrity.

6. User Communications

Chat, names and other content you submit must comply with these Terms and applicable law. You remain responsible for what you submit. You grant us the limited rights necessary to transmit, display, moderate and store that content for operation, safety and enforcement of the service.

7. Availability and Changes

Unforgia is an evolving online game. Features, maps, balance, monsters, items, rules, availability and technical requirements may change. Maintenance, updates, outages and emergency fixes may temporarily interrupt access. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

8. Intellectual Property

Unforgia and its original software, artwork, game systems, text, branding and other protected materials are owned by or licensed to the operator of Unforgia. These Terms give you a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to use the service for its intended purpose. They do not transfer intellectual-property ownership to you.

9. Suspension and Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access where you materially violate these Terms, threaten security or service integrity, abuse other users, engage in fraud, or where continued access would expose the service or others to material risk. Serious violations may result in immediate action.

10. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not promise that every feature will always be available, that all defects will be corrected immediately, or that progression and balance will never change. Mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.

11. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of the service, loss of access, loss of virtual progress, third-party conduct or events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms when the service, law or operational requirements change. Material changes will be reflected by updating the published version and effective date. Continued use after an updated version becomes effective constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.

This Privacy Policy explains how the operator of Unforgia processes personal data when you use unforgia.com, create an account, play the game, contact us or use related community and support features.
